Who?
Navya is a PASSIONATE, DRIVEN, OPTIMISTIC, enthu-cutlet, who has been in the self-development space for about 3 years. She has been constantly learning how to become a better individual through various means like therapy, energy work, life coaching, books, podcasts, and whatnot. Her story started when she was not one of the people who got a chance to pursue medicine as a career option. Just going wherever life takes her, for 4 years she lived a life out of alignment doing this, that, this&that, not knowing who she even is and found herself at rock bottom when her mentor told her that she had lost her zeal to grow! Devasted she started looking for answers everywhere and finally found her life's purpose of "Enabling people to become their true self"
Why?
Having gone through the arduous journey of transformation to discover her true self, she knows how liberating it is to live a life of fulfillment, balance, and contentment. But she only wishes she had someone to enable her to do the same without her hitting the rock bottom. So as a life coach her mission is to create a world where everyone follows their heart to live a rich, fulfilled and balanced life filled with experiences!
What?
We have always done what was told to us, like there is just one way to lead our lives, like there is only one set route for everyone to follow. It's always been "Be you or Be accepted" and I refuse to conform to this. If you feel the same, you are in the right place!
Transformation always happens at the root of our true self. But to transform, sometimes you need confidence or sometimes you need to overcome your fears, or sometimes you only have to listen to what's vibrating through your body. But it's not so simple is it? To unleash your soul you need to unblock your mind and unwind your body. I am only but a key to the door behind which lies your true self!
